Comfortable for family

Spacious well lit rooms. Suitable for family very polite staff. Pharmacy mart and food on ground floor and mobile shop as well so u can pick ur groceries daily fresh and easily. Great value for money and for families

There is construction in lobby and have to go to basement and then up by stairs which is okay as long as the hotel compensates somehow for the trouble associated

Good, need small updates!

Room size, location, cleanliness all were amazing. Daily cleaning of the facility. Staff was really helpful and responsive. All additional request we made were met immediately.

Beds too soft, towels really old and scrubby (they should changed to more newer and softer towels) and toilet seats were too small (average size person would struggle and may have bottom pain). Further they are renovating the lobby so that was a bit cumbersome but staff was managing well. Their accounts department can be more active, took almost two weeks to process a refund.

The Employees were accommodating and kind, helpful, and always ready to assist—especially Manisha from the reception desk. Housekeeping was done everyday. The location of the hotel is perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Wifi kept disconnecting all the time. Pricey as compared to the conditions of the rooms.The rooms need renovation as they are visibly worn out.

Great aparthotel, clean with friendly staff. Good for short term stays

The location suited us as we wanted to be near The Villa. There are enough eateries and supermarkets in the building and around. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 2BR suite, but also had a look at the 1BR which was equally as nice. The staff were super accommodating. We did not use the pool due to the dusty weather, but the lifeguard showed us around, the gym and sauna is clean and there is a fair amount of lounging space around the pool. The kitchen was large and clean.

The only thing I could say is that the furniture in the living room could be updated, but perfectly acceptable.

I liked the location and convenience of a kitchenette and supermarket downstairs.

I didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t ensure that all items in the apartment were dusted and cleaned properly. The clothes rack for drying clothes had a lot of sand and dust on it.

-Big appartment -Quiet place -Plenty of car parking -Supermarket in the ground floor

-Check in took about 35 minutes!! Only one staff available at reception with plenty of customers waiting. -The wall above the bed was having too much dust as well as the curtain (see photos!) -The appartment was not well cleaned. -Old furniture -No enough toiletries -No slippers -Small LCD TV was really old!! -No cleaning detergent available for dishes in the kitchen+some kitchenware having smell.

Quit, clean, spacious, and easy access property.

the location was very good close to many tourism facilities and away for the traffic jam. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel area. Reception staff, maintenance team and guards very kind and corporation.

TV screen was only one available at family hall and was small in size. No extra mattress available for the kids, only blanket and bellows.

We had a large 3 bed-rooms apartment in this newly developed area, 20 minutes from DXB. USE the airport meter taxi, DO NOT need to make any advance online booking. There is a supermarket and a Pizza restaurant on the street level. You feel you are in a deserted place en-route from the airport, new constructions around the place. The staff are friendly Filipinos. Overall, good value for money. One can consider using this place as the base to visit Dubai (you will need a taxi or hired car to get around anyway), instead of paying the very high rate in downtown hotels

Other than the supermarket and the Pizza place, there is NOTHING nearby.

The worst experience for Dubai in my life!

I don’t like anything there!

It’s far from center of Dubai, the furniture is old and not suitable with cost I paid for it. It’s really deferent than I saw in Booking.com, It’s really dirty apartment.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Parking was always available around the building though there was a basement parking for the building. Overall, we got good value for your money.

The road from the highway to property was not convenient but that's not a problem of Abidos. The reception staff can be a bit more friendly. The glass revolving door was really dirty with smudges all over it.
